• The accompanying ticket includes a VR roller coaster ride (this can be transferred to someone else, but it must be used immediately, cannot be exchanged for another experience, or be used as a discount from another ticket’s price). Can be bought online or on site, it’s valid for the specific day.

• An accompanying ticket must be bought by anyone above the age of 6 who wants to visit the park as a spectator (this includes taking photos and videos). The use of VR experiences is not allowed under the age of 6. This means that everyone below the age of 6 may visit the park for free in the company of anyone above the age of 18, who purchased a full price ticket, or an adult with an accompanying ticket.

• In case of birthday parties 2 people, and in case of school trips 1 person for everyone 10 people may visit the park for free, but all other spectators and guardians must purchase an accompanying ticket.

• Everyone below the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (above 18 years old), who needs to purchase an accompanying ticket, unless there is another player who is 18 or above.

• An accompanying ticket can be purchased with the purchase of minimum 1 full priced ticket, not on its own. One of the goals of the ticket is to avoid crowds for the comfort of our visitors with full priced tickets.

• Any parent or guardian not purchasing an accompanying ticket may wait in our lobby.

The enter is possible from the age of 6 (with parental control), however we recommend the VR experiences only from the age of 8. Under age of 6 are free to enter, but only with a ticketed adult, and VR games/experiences are not available. A person under the age of 14 cannot stay inside the house alone, the presence of an adult companion is mandatory (see information about the accompanying ticket).

For pregnant women, we do not recommend GAMER, ESCAPE ROOM and ADRENALINE tickets, as each of these games has a game where the game masters put a belt on the players. For them we can recommend ARENA and TIME TRAVELER tickets the most.

We strongly recommend online ticket purchase (which also includes booking an appointment), so possible waiting times can be significantly reduced. In the case of on-site ticket purchases, we cannot always guarantee that all of our tickets will be available immediately. Of course, it is also possible to buy tickets for a later date on the spot. No. If you don’t know when someone you want to surprise come to us with, or you’re not sure which ticket you’d like, buy a gift card that you’ll receive from us via email and all you have to do is print it out and hand it over!

Yes, our visitors with a valid Budapest Card will receive a 10% discount from the current ticket prices when purchasing tickets on site. Cannot be combined with other discounts.

Except the TIME TRAVELER premium ticket (Dino Safari, Dark side of Anibus) it is allowed to take pictures. Moreover, we are glad to see the pictures of our guests on the social media.

Not necessary. Showing the barcode on your phone is enough.

Yes, we have a cloakroom and a locker for your values. Both of them are free. It is compulsory to store your bags and coats in one of them.

We don’t have a separate parking lot. We would recommend the underground garage in the Jókai street, the parking lot in the Westend shopping center, or the streets nearby the Nyugati train station.

Better to wear comfortable, sporty clothes, in which you can move easily. In the case of our GAMER ticket, it is mandatory to wear socks (if you don’t have them, you can buy them at our cash desk).

It is forbidden to bring food or drink inside the park. When purchasing a birthday package, it is possible to bring in a cake on your own, see details beloew the birthday party subpage.

It is recommended for spectacles to be worn during games as well. 99% of the frames usually fit under the viewers, however, some designer, wider frames may not. In this case, unfortunately, it must be taken down.

The building is not free of obstacles. Furthermore we would like to raise the attention of our guests that because of technical reasons, certain experiences are not usable for disabled people.
