The companion ticket costs 1800 HUF/person, which includes a game of Beat Saber or Fruit Ninja experience (it is transferable, but can only be used immediately and cannot be exchanged for another experience or credited to another package). It can be purchased online or on site and is valid for a specific day.
An accompanying ticket must be purchased for children over 6 years of age who wish to visit the park as an accompanying person (including taking photos and videos). Children under 6 years of age are not allowed to use the VR experiences, therefore the visit is free for children under 6 years of age in the presence of an adult (over 18 years of age) who has purchased a full-price ticket and/or an accompanying person over 18 years of age.
In the case of a birthday package, 2 people are free, and during class trips, 1 person per 10 people is free, each additional accompanying person must purchase an accompanying ticket.
In the case of a person under 14 years of age, at least 1 person over the age of 18 must purchase an accompanying ticket if there is no player over the age of 18 in the presence of the child.
The companion ticket can be purchased with at least 1 guest purchasing a full-price ticket, not separately, as it is also intended to avoid overcrowding and for the convenience of our guests purchasing a full-price ticket.

We do not recommend GAMER, SABADULOSOBA and ADRENALIN tickets for pregnant mothers, as each of these games has a game where the game masters put a belt on the players. In contrast to these, depending on the status, we can best recommend the ARENA ticket.
We strongly recommend online ticket purchase (which also includes booking an appointment), so possible waiting times can be significantly reduced. In the case of on-site ticket purchases, we cannot always guarantee that all of our tickets will be available immediately. Of course, it is also possible to buy tickets for a later date on the spot. Yes, there is a cloakroom and lockable safe. Both are free of charge. You must deposit your coats and bags in one of these lockers.
We do not have a separate car park. We recommend the underground garage on Jókai Street, the Westend car park or the streets around Nyugati railway station.
It is advisable to come in comfortable, sporty clothes that are easy to move in. For our GAMER and ESCAPE ROOM tickets, you must wear socks (if you do not have socks, you can buy them at the ticket office).
It is forbidden to bring food or drink inside the park. When purchasing a birthday package, it is possible to bring in a cake on your own, see details beloew the birthday party subpage.
It is recommended for spectacles to be worn during games as well. 99% of the frames usually fit under the viewers, however, some designer, wider frames may not. In this case, unfortunately, it must be taken down.
The building is not free of obstacles. Furthermore we would like to raise the attention of our guests that because of technical reasons, certain experiences are not usable for disabled people.
