Tickets for online appointments can be purchased with OTP and K&H SZÉP cards, but gift vouchers cannot be purchased online with SZÉP cards. However, tickets and gift vouchers can be purchased on site with SZÉP cards from all three banks.
The companion ticket costs 1800 HUF/person, which includes one ride on the roller coaster (it can be transferred to someone else, but can only be used immediately and cannot be exchanged for another experience or included in the price of another package). It can be purchased online and on site and is valid for a specific day. A companion ticket must be purchased for children over 6 years old who wish to visit the park as a companion (even to take photos and videos). Children under 6 years old cannot use the VR experiences, therefore the visit is free for children under 6 years old in the presence of an adult (over 18 years old) who has purchased a full-price ticket and/or an accompanying person over 18 years old. In the case of a birthday package, 2 people are free, and during class trips, 1 person per 10 people is free, each additional companion must purchase a companion ticket. In the case of a person under 14 years of age, at least 1 person over the age of 18 must purchase an accompanying ticket if there is no player over the age of 18 in the presence of the child. The accompanying ticket can be purchased with at least 1 full-price ticket buyer, not separately, as it is also intended to avoid overcrowding, for the convenience of our full-price ticket buyers. Parents/relatives who do not purchase an accompanying ticket can wait in the ground floor lobby.
Ticket purchase is possible from the age of 6 (with parental supervision). Under 6 years of age, admission is free, but only with an adult purchasing a ticket, and VR games/experiences cannot be used. Persons over the age of 14 are not allowed to stay indoors alone, the presence of an adult companion is mandatory (see information about the companion ticket). We strongly recommend online ticket purchase (which also includes booking an appointment), so possible waiting times can be significantly reduced. In the case of on-site ticket purchases, we cannot always guarantee that all of our tickets will be available immediately. Of course, it is also possible to buy tickets for a later date on the spot. It is recommended for spectacles to be worn during games as well. 99% of the frames usually fit under the viewers, however, some designer, wider frames may not. In this case, unfortunately, it must be taken down.
The building is not free of obstacles. Furthermore we would like to raise the attention of our guests that because of technical reasons, certain experiences are not usable for disabled people.
